When it comes to selling your house, you’ve probably got a bid price in mind that you want to hit, right? And while we don’t want to discourage your goals (after all, that’s why you’re selling in the first place), we do want to make sure that your property sells.

Which means being clever about pricing your property so that it’s a no-brainer for your perfect buyer.

Now, this might mean more or less than the listing price you have in mind. The key is that this original asking price isn’t plucked out of thin air.

You’ll need to know the real market value of your property.
