WHEN RESULTS MATTER

Having worked with us before, the Taylor’s, both local busy doctors sought our assistance to purchase a neighbouring property. Located within a highly desirable and elevated pocket of Burleigh Heads, this well appointed north facing home with uninterrupted views of the Gold Coast Hinterland and Coastline took us nearly 9 months of tough negotiations to secure.

Not one to easily be defeated, Tony tenaciously worked down the sellers expectations from $2 million for the home, ultimately securing it for just $1.76 million.

Darryl and Mabel were in the process of relocating from Ballina to the Gold Coast. This was their first time buying property in Queensland and finding the right home while settling into work (both busy medical professionals) was proving to be a difficult task. 

Unsure of who to trust and overwhelmed we guided them through the process with confidence. Canvassing a number of different areas, after a few weeks we were able to secure them a well appointed 2 level home that had just come onto the market and was the perfect fit for them.

The Allsopp family were looking for a premier beachfront apartment that could be their home away from home in Sydney when they were up visiting family on the coast. The sellers expectations were set at a $3.7 million price tag, which having valued this stunning sub-penthouse apartment Tony knew was unrealistic in the current market.

Following lengthy negotiations, (and the vendor taking it off the market) we strategically secured this well appointed residence for our clients for a tidy $3.15 million.

Karen and Colin had their heart set on this beautiful acreage retreat, set in the hills of the Tallebudgera Valley, so Tony set to work doing what he does best - securing the property before anyone else even had a chance at auction! There were 2 key challenges with purchasing this property but Tony’s experience and tenacity paid off for our clients. 

Firstly, he was able to give Karen and Colin a grounded valuation range of a very unique dual residency - properties like this are not dime a dozen so ascertaining the value of a property as unique as this is quite a complex task - $1.45 million - seems like they got a lot bang for their buck. 

And secondly, Tony's connections were deep and his reputation in this case was what held the deal together. The vendor’s had a fragile negotiation underway on the property they were moving to and weren’t prepared to sell if their purchase fell over. No negotiation is ever as straight forward as it seems!

The Preston’s were moving their construction company from Sydney’s Southern beaches and were wanting to settle their family on the beautiful waters of Tallebudgera Creek at Palm Beach. A very tightly held pocket to buy into and very much a case of who you know not what you know, we found them the perfect North East facing Palm Beach water front residence on Mallawa Drive. 

With the vendor’s acutely aware of how sought after their property would be, they went ahead with an auction campaign. Tony knew when to walk away from the auction room (holding the highest bid) and sealed the deal through post auction negotiations. Post street sales have been in excess of $2 million so it’s no wonder why the Preston’s have been back to purchase consecutive properties since.
