WHEN RESULTS MATTER

Having worked with us before, the Taylor’s, both local busy doctors sought our assistance to purchase a neighbouring property. Located within a highly desirable and elevated pocket of Burleigh Heads, this well appointed north facing home with uninterrupted views of the Gold Coast Hinterland and Coastline took us nearly 9 months of tough negotiations to secure.

Not one to easily be defeated, Tony tenaciously worked down the sellers expectations from $2 million for the home, ultimately securing it for just $1.76 million.

Darryl and Mabel were in the process of relocating from Ballina to the Gold Coast. This was their first time buying property in Queensland and finding the right home while settling into work (both busy medical professionals) was proving to be a difficult task. 

Unsure of who to trust and overwhelmed we guided them through the process with confidence. Canvassing a number of different areas, after a few weeks we were able to secure them a well appointed 2 level home that had just come onto the market and was the perfect fit for them.

Keith and Jocelyn were in search of a slow life on the Gold Coast. Coming from country NSW they wanted the ammenities the coast has to offer but they still wanted their own little hideaway. 

Already having identified their ideal property they sought our advice to value and negotiate on their behalf. Having an advocate on the ground appealed to Keith and Jocelyn as we were able to handle all of the contracting signing (to and fro) on their behalf.

The Allsopp family were looking for a premier beachfront apartment that could be their home away from home in Sydney when they were up visiting family on the coast. The sellers expectations were set at a $3.7 million price tag, which having valued this stunning sub-penthouse apartment Tony knew was unrealistic in the current market.

Following lengthy negotiations, (and the vendor taking it off the market) we strategically secured this well appointed residence for our clients for a tidy $3.15 million.

Karen and Colin had their heart set on this beautiful acreage retreat, set in the hills of the Tallebudgera Valley, so Tony set to work doing what he does best - securing the property before anyone else even had a chance at auction! There were 2 key challenges with purchasing this property but Tony’s experience and tenacity paid off for our clients. 

Firstly, he was able to give Karen and Colin a grounded valuation range of a very unique dual residency - properties like this are not dime a dozen so ascertaining the value of a property as unique as this is quite a complex task - $1.45 million - seems like they got a lot bang for their buck. 

And secondly, Tony's connections were deep and his reputation in this case was what held the deal together. The vendor’s had a fragile negotiation underway on the property they were moving to and weren’t prepared to sell if their purchase fell over. No negotiation is ever as straight forward as it seems!

The Preston’s were moving their construction company from Sydney’s Southern beaches and were wanting to settle their family on the beautiful waters of Tallebudgera Creek at Palm Beach. A very tightly held pocket to buy into and very much a case of who you know not what you know, we found them the perfect North East facing Palm Beach water front residence on Mallawa Drive. 

With the vendor’s acutely aware of how sought after their property would be, they went ahead with an auction campaign. Tony knew when to walk away from the auction room (holding the highest bid) and sealed the deal through post auction negotiations. Post street sales have been in excess of $2 million so it’s no wonder why the Preston’s have been back to purchase consecutive properties since.

Ken and Pam were relocating from Melbourne and were referred to us buy a work college. Unsure of the market and where they exactly wanted to live, we set to work uncovering what was important to them and narrowing down on their dream family home. Ideally, they wanted to sell their Melbourne property, buy a waterfront here and reduce their debt so that they could slow down a little and enjoy the Gold Coast lifestyle with their young family.

We turned the market upside down and exhausted a spate of properties - Benowa Waters, Isle of Capri - water fronts, riverfronts, new, renovated and then Tony found the ultimate waterfront property at Sovereign Islands. Ken and Pam thought this property was out of their budget, but Tony new the sellers expectations were too high.

From bustling Melbourne

Sovereign Islands

Gus and Angelly originally from South America weren't familiar with the market and the buying process. Referred to us by friends that have used our services, they came to us with a property they were interested in and were seeking our professional advice.

They were advised that vacant land next door to the subject property was not going to be used for anything, but Tony knew better and through our research saved the client from a huge mistake.

We went on to secure them a stunning home on 1000m2 block backing onto the Arundel Hills golf course for much less than what he vendors had paid for the property 6 months ago (they were motivated sell).

The Matkovcik’s were looking to enjoy a slower pace of life, relocating their family from the hustle and bustle of Sydney. They ultimately wanted a residence in a gated community at the Northern end of the Gold Coast and after flying up for a weekend of inspections fell in love with this home in the prestigious community of Sanctuary Cove. 

Wise enough not to show our clients full hand, even though they really wanted the property, Tony strategically slowed the negotiations to secure this property well under our clients budget.

Sydney professional and boatie was seeking a luxury holiday residence within close proximity to the Southport Yacht Club that he could eventually retire to. After carefully selecting a number of properties that ultimately fitted his brief he flew up to inspect and shortlist.

The premier apartment at the top of his list was his dream property and even though it wasn’t on the market, Tony set to work securing the property. The seller’s originally purchased the property in 2008 for $1.1 million and completed over $250,000 worth of renovations that our clients will be able to depreciate over the coming years. Our time poor client, managing over 500 staff couldn’t be more delighted that we got it right the first time round for him.

Annette was looking for the ultimate dream home, ideally close to a nature reserve and within 15 minutes of the beach. We negotiated this beautiful tree lined house, set on just over an acre, in a koala habitat at Currumbin Waters before it went to auction, well under her budget.

Working closely with Maria, we shortlisted this property on her third run of inspections and had it under contract within 2 weeks of Annette first enquiring about our services.

Sean came to us looking for the ideal first home to settle into life on the coast as his professional football career took off. Being away from home for games so much through-out the year meant that he was looking for something that he didn’t have to do any work to. After canvassing the central Gold Coast region we found him this fully renovated home that fitted his brief perfectly.
