Hope and Charlie came to us looking for advice on the best possible way to sell their current family waterfront and Broadbeach investment so that they could go on to buy their forever home. Finding a home that balanced both the beach lifestyle for their growing young family and that was in a locality close to their established practice was important to them.  

Forever homes are never an easy purchase, we totally get it. Price wasn’t a big issue as they had a healthy budget for the area they wanted to buy within but if they were going to live there ‘forever’ it had to tick ALL the boxes. Miami, Mermaid and Burleigh, East of the Gold Coast Highway are all very tightly held positions and we had a very specific brief. 

Working with a client in multiple capacities is rarely a quick process. Over the course of 6 months we inspected a spate of properties, off market, coming onto the market and going to auction all whilst helping them with the sale of their existing two properties.

Just when we thought we had found the one we uncovered that major renovation works didn’t have complete building certification - a sign really that this wasn’t the one - and it’s no wonder that the vendors proceeded to take the property off the market. 

We knew we’d already given Hope and Charlie a sound understanding of the market and we’d exhausted all options, vacant land, renovators and turn key beauties so when we found the one - Tony set to work laying the foundations behind the scenes to secure it come auction day. This stunning, newly renovated hamptons home just meters from the beach at Miami was secured under the hammer for just $1.91 million.

Now there is something to seriously be said about #foreverhomes. Sometimes it can feel like they are rare as hens teeth but then you totally know when you’ve found THE ONE. And this ONE my friends is 'it' for our beautiful clients and their family. Wishing Hope, Charlie and their boys nothing but happy memories and good times here!
